During international logistics, anything can happen. In order to deliver the wheelset to each owner securely, Brisk developed customized aluminum alloy containers to protect it from any external impact. With alloy reinforced frame outside and ultra dense foam inside, there is no more concerned for your wheelset safety.

Brisk offers a complete replacement for quality issues that are not caused by human factors in lifetime. We also have unlimited spoke and hub maintenance services. Whenever it's time for maintenance, you can send your wheelset back to us for no additional charge.

Each wheelset comes with sufficient spare spokes — at least two of each size.
Should you need more in the future, we’ll gladly provide them at no cost.

Delivery time may vary depending on current order volume, typically around 2–3 weeks.
