Product Warranty
All the products sold by BriskWheels are strictly quality checked before dispatch and are of excellent quality, we will do our best to avoid any quality problems.
BriskWheels wheelsets come with a two-year warranty and a non-human factor quality assurance service, during which we will repair and replace defective parts free of charge, only need pay for the shipping costs.
After that, BriskWheels rims are still eligible for a replacement and repair service due to quality issues, which can be used for the entire lifetime of the product.
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.
The following improper use will void the warranty:
1. Crashes and accidents
2. Misuse (trail riding, jumping, juggling, etc.)
3. Improper modification or fitting of wheels
4. Roadbike tyre pressures over 130 psi, MTB tyre pressures over 65 psi, Tubular tyres are not limited.
5. Normal wear
6. Inappropriate follow-up repairs or maintenance by unauthorised technicians.
7. Installation of parts or accessories that do not exist or are incompatible with the wheels sold
8. Damage or deterioration that has no effect on surface finish or appearance
9. Damage caused by natural disasters
The final interpretation of the terms of this warranty belongs to briskwheels.
