Brisk begins with a singular intent: to redefine racing wheelset performance.

UltraLight pushed lightweight engineering to its limit, proving that less mass can deliver more speed. AeroLight then moved beyond weight alone, bringing aerodynamics and balanced performance into focus.

Aerodynamic development of Velix-Evo 2.0 combines geometry design, CFD simulation and rotational airflow modeling to define final wheel architecture. The program includes 8 rim cross-sections, 39 CFD iterations, 6 spoke geometries, 12 airflow models under motion and 26h wind tunnel testing, focusing on airflow behavior as a dynamic system under real riding conditions rather than single metric optimization.

The Velix-Evo 2 is engineered around structural energy transfer. Its T1100 high-modulus carbon monocoque prioritizes stiffness, response, and structural certainty over reducible mass.

ArcCore Technology
An arch-reinforced structure reduces radial deformation from 0.8–1.1 mm to 0.6–0.8 mm, stress concentration by 12–18%, and increases lateral stiffness to 45 N/mm.

Carbon Layup System
A professional rider database defines independent stiffness-response curves for each rim depth, maintaining consistent structural behavior across different power ranges.

The Velix-Evo 2 hub uses 7475 aerospace aluminum, balancing strength-to-density, stiffness, and fatigue durability beyond conventional 7075, while delivering a more direct and efficient response than titanium under high-frequency torque.

Precision CNC machining achieves ±3 μm tolerances, minimizing transmission losses, while the 54T titanium ratchet delivers faster, more consistent engagement.

The result is a stable, low-loss power transmission architecture, converting rider input into forward motion with maximum efficiency.

The Velix-Evo2 spoke system ensures that every pedal stroke is consumed as little as possible by time and air. We offer 2 spoke configurations, not merely as performance choices, but as an expression of how racing is approached. 

Feather Spoke is widely adopted among professional riders, and it reflects a kind of obsession with “ride faster”

Feather Spoke design is inspired by the observation of bird feathers.

Based on a biomimetic structural approach, CFD fluid dynamics simulations were used to optimize the flow separation points and vortex regions, enabling a more stable aerodynamic channel at high speeds.

Each spoke weighs approximately 2.6 g. Compared with traditional flat spokes, it maintains a lightweight profile while achieving an estimated 15–20% reduction in aerodynamic drag in wind tunnel simulations at 45 km/h.

In addition, through cross-sectional structural re-engineering, lateral load stiffness retention is improved by approximately 13%, allowing aerodynamic efficiency and structural stability to coexist simultaneously

Ultra Speiche
Ultra Spoke besteht aus einer hochmoduligen Carbonfaserstruktur und wiegt pro Speiche nur ca. 1,6 g . Es folgt der UltraLight-Designphilosophie und zeichnet sich durch ein sehr geringes Massenträgheitsmoment bei gleichzeitig verbesserter Seitensteifigkeit aus, um die Reaktionsverzögerung beim Beschleunigen zu reduzieren. Konzipiert für schnelles Beschleunigen und Bergauffahren, bietet es den entscheidenden Vorteil einer schnelleren Reaktion und direkteren Kraftübertragung.
VALIDIERUNG
The design and structural optimization of Velix-Evo2 are based on a multiphysics analysis framework and an engineering validation system, refined through multiple iterative cycles to achieve convergence.

The validation system is structured into three layers: structural strength, dynamic stiffness, and real-world riding performance. Cross-validation is conducted through FEA and CFD analysis, wind tunnel testing, and cyclic load bench testing to ensure consistency between simulation results and real operating conditions.

 Structural Strength Validation (Impact Test)
Velix-Evo2.0 has successfully passed structural integrity validation under 110 J impact test, equivalent to 2.75× the UCI standard requirement.

 
Lateral Stiffness Validation
The wheel system achieves a verified lateral stiffness of 45 N/mm under standardized structural load testing conditions. Compared to typical high-performance road wheel systems (30–38 N/mm range), this represents a significant increase in structural rigidity, resulting in improved power transfer efficiency and reduced lateral deflection under high-torque conditions.

Velix-Evo2 uses advanced ceramic coating to achieve this, enabling multi-color and complex patterns with far greater freedom than laser marking or decals, and lower weight impact. Although costing ~7× more than conventional methods, it unlocks new design potential.

We also offer a raw carbon option, revealing the natural fiber texture. This is not just aesthetic, but a commitment to weight control and material authenticity.

Leistung neu definiert
Velix-Evo2 ist keine inkrementelle Verbesserung bestehender Radsysteme, sondern eine Neudefinition der Leistungsgrenzen von Rennrädern.

Es nimmt nicht an den üblichen Kompromissen bei der Leistungsfähigkeit teil, denn in seinem Rahmen sind geringes Gewicht, Steifigkeit und Aerodynamik keine Variablen, die es auszubalancieren gilt, sondern grundlegende Bedingungen, die gleichzeitig gegeben sein müssen.

Velix-Evo2 ist als System konzipiert, in dem drei Dinge zusammenwirken: leichter, steifer und aerodynamischer.

Bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten, Sprints und sich ständig ändernden Geländebedingungen müssen herkömmliche Laufradsysteme einen Kompromiss zwischen Gewicht, Steifigkeit und aerodynamischer Effizienz finden.
Velix-Evo2 funktioniert nicht innerhalb solcher Kompromisswege.
